Simply ship your equipment to our location so that our technician can diagnose the problem and give you a repair estimate. You will not be charged for anything should you decide not to repair the equipment with us.

QUICK AND CONVENIENT REPAIR TURNAROUND

Concord Systems eliminates the use of an RMA number to reduce the repair lead time. Simply include your business card and problem description with your equipment. Our employee will contact you as soon as your equipment reaches our location to perform the required paperwork.

Our average repair turnaround is 3 working days. The repair turnaround is calculated based on the time your equipment is within our facility and excludes the time in transit and waiting period time for parts availability.

SHIPPING DAMAGE RETURNS

We are highly confident in our repair workmanship. Concord Systems provides a 6 month limited labor warranty on all equipment repairs. This covers all hardware related repairs on LCD Screens, Touchscreens, hard drives, and component level repairs. This warranty covers 100% of labor provided by Concord Systems for identical labor to the repair originally performed. This warranty excludes software related repairs and items which are subject to wear and tear.

If you receive a product that is damaged during shipping, please initiate a return authorization request within 3 business days after receipt of the package. Do not alter any of the product and/or packaging; it must be in the same condition as it was received to properly establish that the damage was due to shipping, and not due to some other cause. We will not accept claims for shipping damage if any of the packaging or contents have been altered or discarded. After we are able to properly establish that the product was damaged during shipping, CSE will replace damaged parts free of charge.
